Scott Ettner founded Apco-Ettner in 1995. The focus of the company has been the design, construction and maintenance of facilities and equipment for the Ag chemical industry. We are the industry leader in California for high density polyethylene pipe installation.

Prior to founding Apco-Ettner, Scott had over 20 years in the heavy construction industry including:

• Underground utilities
• Many years overseas, working with USAID in Egypt and the Philippines
• Constructing buildings up and down the State of California.
